The Leviathan is a giant underwater creature found in The Below, swimming inside the giant dome. Swimming in front of him will allow the player to enter into his belly. Nasty, Brutish, and Short can be found there, along with a treasure chest containing the eighth Wraithheart in The Below. The Leviathan cannot attack or hurt Vexx like a typical enemy, although Vexx cannot attack the Leviathan either.
Treasure Chest Code[]
In order to unlock the treasure chest inside his belly, the player must enter a three-digit combination by looking at page 28 of the instruction booklet. This code differs by what game console the player is playing the game on.
Nintendo GameCube: A, X, B.
Sony PlayStation 2: X, Circle, Square.
Microsoft Xbox: A, B, X.
Appearance[]
The Leviathan appears as a giant green tadpole-like fish with four small legs, a large head, long sharp teeth, and big orange eyes.
Trivia[]
- According to Vexx designer Kynan Pearson, the idea of the treasure chest code being accessible only in the instruction booklet was inspired by Meryl's codec frequency from Metal Gear Solid. In the game, the player would have to read the frequency off the back of the game's case and enter it into the radio.
