Tucked away in a watery cave, the ruins of the Neverglades hold many secrets. In his quest to recover the Wraithhearts, Vexx will have to solve the puzzles of the ancients. The Neverglades (sometimes misspelled as Netherglades) is the third world within Vexx, unlocked by collecting five Wraithhearts. The Neverglades contains nine Wraithhearts overall. The Neverglades is a widely-spread jungle themed level that features a massive waterfall, and various different ruins of Astara.

Trivia

• There is a "zero lives" glitch in the Neverglades discovered by speedrunner Strategism. If the player has only one life and one HP left and jumps off the metal platform to obtain the seventh Wraithheart, Vexx will simultaneously obtain the Wraithheart and die. However, obtaining a Wraithheart overrides the death animation, so Vexx will live with zero lives. Entering any world will result in black borders across the top and bottom screens, as well as disabling the Pause menu and the entire HUD. The glitch will revert to normal if the player either obtains a life and returns to the Rift Hub or dies with the zero life and gets a Game Over.
  • Entering anywhere within any world that triggers a loading screen will result in an instant Game Over, as the global game manager will detect that the player has zero lives.
